Fall Morning Routine for 2024
I start off each day regardless of season with water and breathing. I find this to be extremely refreshing and awakening. Since I totally get 8 hours of sleep every night, I need that water in the morning.
During the colder months, I then hop into the cold plunge outside. This works out perfectly because the outside weather freezes the tub so I don't have to do anything. Plus if I only do this during the cold months that allows me to have a break during the warm months.
Next is to stretch it out and shower. Cant be a morning routine unless you actually get ready for the day. This morning routine is fairly quick, at this point ive been awake for 10-15 minutes.
Next I like to grab a cup of coffee and ready for alittle bit. Calm before the storm type of event.
Then once its time to get after it, I am ready to strike!
